First: Download the DUO mobile app from the Apple App store or Google Play store.
1. Go to concursolutions.com and sign in with your username and password.
2. Open your DUO authentication APP. Click ADD +
3. Choose “Use QR code”
4. Point your mobile camera to the code on the screen to capture the code
5. On the DUO APP - Enter a name for the account such as your username or the name of the system “concur”.
6. You will then see a passcode in DUO for Concur.
7. Take the code from the passcode field and type it into the sign-on screen.
8. It should now sign you into Concur.
9. The next time you sign in, you will be prompted for the new code. Simply open your DUO app to view the updated authentication code so you can type it into the sign in screen.
