The new password has to be 15 digits long and needs to have an upper case. It can be a full sentence without the spaces.
2. On the top right corner you will see a circle that has your initials click on it.
3. Click on View Account.
4. Click on Change Password.
5. Select the nytimes.com account.
6. Type in the old password and type in the new password and confirm the password followed by Submit.
The system will then tell you that the password was changed and that it will take a few minutes to be saved to the cloud.
