Note - You can use the Microsoft Teams Mobile App to join meetings using your mobile device.
Downloading the MS Teams Mobile App
- You can download the MS Teams Mobile App on the iOS App Store (for iPhone) or the Google Play store (for Android) devices.
- Search for Microsoft Teams
- Download and Install
- Sign on using your PCF email and password
Joining a Meeting
- Once signed on; select the Calendar icon on the bottom menu and locate the meeting
- Press Join
- You will be presented with Audio and Video options prior to joining the meeting.
During the Meeting
- You are now in the meeting.
- Use the options on the bottom of the screen to control Video, Audio and Options.
Top to access more Meeting options
- Reactions: Choose to display a reaction
- Chat: Choose to type into the meeting Chat window
- People: Choose to view meeting Participants / invite new participants
- Share: Choose to share your screen
- Views: Choose to view in Gallery mode
