Follow these steps for your password reset:

  • If this is your first time accessing this page, you must FIRST log in with your current username and password to set up your security questions for authentication.
  1. Your username is usually made up of the first five letters of your last name followed by the first letter of your first name, for Ex. SmithJ, Similar to that of the DART username.
  1. Your username may be different if your name shares similar characters with someone else in the company or if your last name is shorter than five characters. If you are unsure, please submit a ticket on our self-service portal https://pcfinc.freshservice.com/support/tickets/new

  • If you have already set up your security questions, proceed to click on “Reset Your Password” option as displayed below, to change your password.

  • If you have successfully changed your password and have a PCF assigned laptop on which you log onto with your username and password, there’s one final step. (This excludes laptops with “generic” PCF logins.)

FINAL STEP to Sync your new password with your PCF assigned laptop.

IF YOU HAVE A PCF ASSIGNED TO YOU DIRECTLY, this is the final step to sync your NEW password with your laptop. Once you reboot your machine, your laptop will require the NEW password to log back in.

On your keyboard, press the following keys in this sequence (CTRL + ALT + DEL)

On the screen you will choose the option LOCK, to lock your screen

Once your screen is locked, press any key on your keyboard to go back to the logon screen

Enter your NEW password to proceed with logging in

If successful, you will be logged in and the process is complete!

If NOT successful

Try logging in once again with your previous password.

If you can log back into your computer using your previous password,

  • Then use your NEW password to log back into VPN
  • If successful, once logged in, try locking your screen again (CTRL + ALT + DEL)
  • Then unlock with the NEW password.

If you were NOT able to log into VPN with your NEW password and your previous password still works, then you must start the password reset process again from the beginning of this page.

If the OLD and the NEW password are not working, you will then have to reach out to our service desk by sending an email from your mobile device to servicedesk@pcfcorp.com so we can assist you with gaining access onto your machine once again.
