Once you log into the mobile app you can access lots of information about your route or routes.



HOME


In the Home Section you can access News, Mail-Grid, Mail-Map, Draw Recaps, Complete My Route and Delivery Track.




News    


In the News field of the home section you can review any special changes for the day.




In the Activities field you will be able to see any changes or new information you need to deliver your route/routes.




Mail-Grid


If you are contracted to more than one route, you must choose the route you want to review.  You have the option to turn on Alert Notifications.       



In Mail Types, you can choose to see all types of mail or just specific types.



If you don’t select a mail type you can view complaints, hot complaints, recoverable complaints unconfirmed, repeat coplaints, new start & restart, product & address change, memo and stop delivery.

If you scroll through the different options you will be able to see the starts on the route.



If you scroll more you will be able to see the stops on this route. 


  


If you click on travel path you will get a map view of where you are and how to get there.    





If you click on navigation it will open a Google map. 



The google map will show you where you are and where you need to go



Mail-Map  


The Mail-Map section, allows you to choose the route and types of mail you would like to see. 

In the picture listed below, after you selected the route you can see the three new starts and two stops laid out on the map.  If you look at the legend box it will explain what the different colors represent.   When you click on one of the pins you can see the address information.





Draw Recap    



When you click on Draw Recap, you will be able to choose your route and pick the day of the week (It will default to today’s date).



Then you will see the draw by product that you will need for that route for that day.




Complete My Route    



From the Complete My Route section you will be able to log when you start your route and when you complete the route.   


Delivery Track    


Here you will be able to turn your tracker on and choose the route that you are delivering.     



Click on SHOW DELIVERY STATUS and it will highlight your route.   






In the Reports section you can access production reports, direction lists, recoverable directions, active lists and active lsit with google directions.

Production Reports    



Select the route that you want to get the reports for. 


Select the day of the week that you want to deliver. 


Choose report to download   


The Available Reports are listed here.  These are the same reports that are generated in DART.  If the reports that are being generated are not the ones that are helpful to you, please see your plant manager to create the set of reports that you need to deliver your route/routes.




When you select the report link you will open a PDF file.  This would be the same file that you would receive from your plant.  You can print it or save it if you would like.   



Direction Lists    



If you choose not to download the PDF and want to just deliver scrolling down with your phone screen this would be the option for you. 


Select the day of the week you want to deliver. 


Select the route to deliver. 


Choose what preferences you want to display on your list. 


Choose the back-ground color that will display. 


When you have made all your choices hit the launch button.      



Once launched you will be able to see the time and miles the route should take you.

You also have the option to turn on Alert Notifications. This will let you hear a noise on your device as you approach any of the transactions in your mail. (Starts, Complaints etc…)


This will start you from the Plant and drive you out to your first delivery.









This works the same way the PDF version does.  The first delivery here is 217 Summit Rd.  The house will be on the right-hand side, they receive one copy of the LST product.  Once the delivery has been made you can hit the confirm button for confirmation of delivery.   



Recoverable Directions    



If you have a recovery route, please look for the Recovery Route Job aid.   


Active Lists    



Much like the Directions List, the Active list works much like PDF versions of the Active Sub List by Sequence or Alpha. 


Select the day of the week you want to deliver. 


Select the route to deliver. 


Choose what preferences you want to display on your list. 


Choose how you want the order to be displayed. 


Choose the back-ground color that will display. 


When you have made all your choices hit the launch button.   




Once launched you will be able to see the time and miles the route should take you.

You also have the option to turn on Alert Notifications.  This will let you hear a noise on your device as you approach any of the transactions in your mail. (Starts, Complaints etc…).  Once the delivery has been made you can hit the confirm button for confirmation of delivery.







Just like with the PDF version this will not give you turn by turn directions, just the delivery information.   




Active List with Google Directions    



This works much like the Active lists but will have Google sequence the subscriber list. 


Select the day of the week you want to deliver. 


Select the route to deliver. 


Choose what preferences you want to display on your list. 


Order by Sequence will be automatically chosen. 


Choose the back-ground color that will display. 


When you have made all your choices hit the launch button.   




Once launched you will be able to see the time and miles the route should take you.

You also have the option to turn on Alert Notifications. This will let you hear a noise on your device as you approach any of the transactions in your mail. (Starts, Complaints etc…)






You also have the ability to use google navigation by clicking the navigation button.  This will open a google maps screen.  It will give you directions from where you are to where you need to go.

 




Once the delivery has been made you can hit the confirm button for confirmation of delivery.   


In the Settings section you have the option to do some sequencing to you route.    



Select the route you want to sequence    



You have the option to drag and drop whatever address you need to move.  Use the tab with the three lines on the left to grab the address. 


Once you have the sequence the way you like, hit the save sequences button.        




Once the save button has been push, you will a box pop up that says your sequences are saved.        



In the Contact Us section you can send a message or get a phone number or email for technical questions.
