For first time users, you need to go to the DSP Portal to create an account.

Click on the Create Account button.
You will need your DSP ID, a Route you have been assigned to, and an email address to create an account. You will also need to create a User ID, Password, and fill in the security questions. (The Distribution Center Manager will be able to provide you the DSP ID and Route number.)
When you enter the DSP ID the company name and group name fields will be filled out automatically.
Once all of the information is filled in, click on the SIGN UP button.
You have now successfully created an account that you can use for the DSP Portal and DSP Mobile.
If you wish to use the DSP Mobile application, first go to the app store or google play store and search Dart carrier in the search bar, you should see the black and pink icon that says DART CARRIER. It is a free app, click get to install on your device (Android or IOS)
Once you have installed the app, up you can now sign in to the app using the User name and Password that was created in the DSP Portal.
Once logged in you can access the mail, draw recap, production reports, Direction lists, Active Lists with Google Directions, there is even an option to do some sequencing to the route. Just clink on the menu item you need to access.
When you are done you can hit the menu button on top to return to the main screen.
You can use your phone to make deliveries instead of printing a paper copy.
If you would like to print some reports or log into a desk top friendly version, you can log back into the DSP portal by clicking on the link. (This is where you originally created the user name and password.) https://dsp.dart.delivery/account/login.aspx
The same User name and Password that you used for the Mobile APP will be used to access the DSP Portal.
