To access the DSP Mobile, go to the app store or google play store and search Dart carrier in the search bar, you should see the black and pink icon that says DART CARRIER. 


It is a free app, click GET to install on your device (Android or IOS)



What is the DSP Mobile?

 

DSP Mobile is an app that can be used on a Mobile Device such as a cell phone or tablet. As a Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) you can log in and get information related to your route(s) that will help with delivering.

 

What can DSPs do with it?


Using the DSP Mobile, you can get important messages known as Today’s News. You can review all of your Mail Reports for the day. You have access to Draw Recaps, Production Reports, Turn by Turn Delivery lists with directions, Active Subscriber lists as well as Recoverable Deliveries with directions.



#1 Today’s News – provides updates and reminders for all delivery events of the day. You’ll see information related to alternate delivery days, late truck deliveries, bonus day deliveries and non-publish days. You can also see a quick view of the total complaints, memos, new starts and stops for your route.



#2 Mail Grid – provides a display of all mail for your route. Account information will display for new starts, stops, complaints, memos, etc. You can also turn on Audible Alert Notifications (mobile only) which will prompt/alert you when you’re near an address with mail transactions. Audible Alerts uses the GSP on your device and alerts you to important information about that delivery.




#3 Mail Map – is a feature that allows you to view all mail for your route on a map and by mail type.



#4 Draw Recaps – displays the total draw, by publication, for your route. You can select to see it listed as a grid or a graph.



#5 Complete My Route – is a function that allows you to document when you start and when you complete your route with just a few clicks.


#6 Delivery Track – is a feature that uses the GSP on your phone/tablet and keeps track of your deliveries. You can see which deliveries have been made and how many are left to be delivered.



#7 Production Reports – is where you can access the PDF reports for your route. You can select Directional Turn by Turn Routebooks or Active Subscriber lists in address order and sequence order for your route.



#8 Directions Lists – is where you can choose to display specific preferences for your Turn by Turn Directions routebook. You can add or remove details such as delivery instructions, address instructions, etc. They can assist you with finding addresses and customer information.

#9 Active Lists – is where you can choose to display specific preferences for your Active Subscriber Delivery Lists. You can add or remove details such as delivery instructions, address instructions, etc. They can assist you with finding addresses and customer information.


# 10 Recoverable Directions – allows you to make redeliveries when necessary. You can have the directions start you from the depot or you can have them guide you from your current location if you’re already on the road.
