Managers of a distribution center now have access to the Manager’s Page of the DSP Mobile and the DSP Portal. This page allows you to select routes and DSPs so that you’ll have access to them in the Mobile or Portal.
Below are the instructions for both DSP Mobile and DSP Portal. Keep in mind that some of the wording is slightly different from one application to the other. For example, on the DSP Mobile it reads Manager Access and DSP Portal it reads Manager Login. This is actually the same thing and it gives you the same results.
DSP Mobile: Using your mobile device, visit your APP Store and search for “DART CARRIER PORTAL” (aka DSP MOBILE) Application. It is a free app to install on Android or IOS. Once installed scroll down and click on Manager Access.
DSP Portal: Navigate to the DSP Portal on a computer by entering this URL address: https://dsp.dart.delivery. Once you access the Portal page click on Manager Login.
Enter your Dart username and password and click log in.
This will log you into the Managers Page. After landing here you will select/choose: 1) The Plant 2) Sort by Route or by DSP Name 3) Make your selection(s) 4) Click on Go to DSP Portal Page
Once you click on the DSP Portal Page the system wants to confirm that you would like to continue. Click Yes to continue.
Clicking on Yes will bring you back to the Mobile or Portal home page. On the Mobile you can click on Draw Recap or Production Reports to view the routes that you selected. On the Portal you can see the routes that you selected listed under the Routes Delegated to you.
