Booking the Conference Room  


Open the Outlook Desktop application and click on the CALENDAR tab on the bottom of the screen    Under the HOME tab, Choose NEW MEETING



Click the ROOMS button



Locate and choose the Conference Room you wish to Book  - click ROOMs - next click OK.



Add additional attendees and complete your meeting details.  You can use the scheduling assistant to view the meeting details.



When you're ready, press SEND  If available, the room will be automatically booked.  You will receive an email confirmation that the Conference Room has accepted your meeting.   


Viewing Conference Room Calendar Availability


If you wish to view the Conference Room Calendar Availability  Go to your Calendar Tab and click on Open Calendar > From Room List



Search for room.

Choose your Conference Room > Click Rooms > choose OK   



The room will now show up as another calendar where you can view the room availability.
