Two Column Route Book (Detailed Directions)
DART has added a new feature that will allow the users access to a new Two Column Route Book. This new book will give more detailed information in the turn by turn directions.
To turn on this new function, go to the route preference section in the Route Reports menu.
This can be done in either preference type.
Plant Preference Type – sets up every route in your plant to automatically generate the same delivery reports each morning with the same customizations.
Route Preference Type – sets up each individual route in your plant to automatically generate specific delivery reports with specific customizations.
Choose Activate for the Two Column Route Book (Detailed Directions). To change any of the preferences for that report, click on Select Report.
*If the Two Column Route Book (the original one) is no longer needed you can Deactivate them now. This will help with the time it takes to process your plant.
There is also a choice to recreate this Route Book in the Recreate section of Production Reports in the Route Reports menu.
Once the report is run it can be opened in the Production Reports section.
Here is a side by side look of what the two Route Books look like. Since this is a more detailed route book, it will most likely be longer.
