Address instructions are entered to help a delivery service provider find an address. They can be a short description of the house, a landmark or nearby visual that helps find an address.

 

When entering Address Instructions, the information is attached to all deliveries at that specific address. For example, if you have an address with 3 different publications being delivered, you can enter the Address Instructions on one of the accounts.

 

Address Instructions are entered and modified on the Account Info page under the Starts/Mail option.  Navigate to the Account Info page under Starts/Mail.


 

When on the Account Info page, you’ll need to first find the account you’re looking for. Use the top portion of the page to enter criteria such as Address, Phone Number or Account Number and search for the account.


 

Once the account is located, you can click on “Edit Access Code and Address Instructions”.


 

On this screen you can enter up to 125 characters for the Address Instructions.  Click on “Submit” and the Address Instructions will be associated with any account at that address regardless of product.
