Submitting a New VPN User Request

Instructions:

Option 1: Submit a Request via our Self Service Portal.

Choose Request an Incident

Download and complete the Cisco VPN Application Form (Form is attached to this Solution Article) and save it on your PC.

Download and read the Remote Access and Virtual Private Network Policy.

- Fill out the Request Form completely.

- On the REQUEST TYPE field: Choose VPN Request/Issue

- Click BROWSE and attach the completed Cisco VPN Application Form to the Ticket Request.

- Press Submit



Your request will automatically be submitted into our system and you will receive a Ticket confirmation email containing your ticket number.

A Support Agent will fulfill your request and provide an update.


Option 2: Email your request to servicedesk@pcfcorp.com

- Send an email to servicedesk@pcfcorp.com

- Include a detailed description of your request.

- Complete and attach the completed Cisco VPN Application Form and send.
