1. Data from ASL is duplicated. PP team would need to remove duplicate entries from ASL and GIS would rerun Plants effected.
2. Scheduled bundle count is duplicated. Check advanced bundle count schedule to find any duplicates to delete. You may also ask PP team to remove duplicate from advance bundle count table.
3. Single copy bundle reports are missing. Check the report preferences to see if the bundle report is set under summary reports. If the report preferences are set, the Z2 single copy accounts are missing from the data. PP team would need to activate Z2 accounts for the reports to generate.
4. If the zones on the recap report and the KPI show a large number of ????, the zones are missing, blank or unassigned for the product. PP team would need to copy zones from a previous day over to the table and rerun the zones.
5. If the zones show on the Plant and route recaps but do not show on the route book, the report preferences need to be set to show zones on the report.
