1. If there are no route books or reports showing at all in Dart, the Preliminary or Final run may not be complete. Please check again later.


2. A report (i.e. Active Sub List) for a specific route # is missing. If the report preferences for the Plant are set at the route level, the report preferences may not be set for the route. The report would need to be enabled for the route. The DSP could also recreate the report within Dart or the DSP Portal.


3. If the reports for most routes are available but all the reports are missing for a specific route, the report folder may not be present. It may not have been created because the report preferences for the route is not set or the route is missing from the WAD. User should try to recreate the report. If the route is missing in the recreate tab, it is missing from the WAD. A new WAD would need to be assigned and the Plant rerun.


4. The Active sub List and mail are available for a specific route, but the two column route book is missing even though it is set in the report preferences. The sequence may be missing, too many records were recorded for processing or the travel network may be corrupt. Please try re-sequencing the two column route book under dispatching in Dart. If the 2 column report cannot be created after re-sequencing, the travel network may the issue and the Logistics team would need to fix the map.
